Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Ontario and the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

By making a purchase, reservation, or booking through our website or in-person, you agree to the terms below.

Food & Beverage Purchases

All food and beverage sales are final once prepared, served, or picked up.

Refunds will not be issued for:

● Change of mind

● Personal taste or preference

● Unconsumed food or beverages

● Late arrival by the guest

If there is an issue with your order, guests must notify our team immediately while on-site so we can attempt to resolve it.

Dine-In Reservations

● Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

● Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

● Reservation deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within the 24-hour window.

Events, Prix-Fixe Dining & Ticketed Experiences

All tickets and bookings for:

● Special events

● Prix-fixe menus

● Themed dinners

● Ticketed dining experiences

are FINAL SALE.

● No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance.

● Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by management.

● If the event is cancelled by the restaurant, guests will receive:

○ A full refund or

○ A rescheduled date or credit (restaurant’s discretion)

Large Parties & Private Bookings

● A deposit is required to confirm large party or private event reservations.

● Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled booking.

● Final guest counts must be confirmed in advance and charges will be based on the confirmed count.

Takeout & Delivery Orders

● All takeout and delivery orders are final once confirmed.

● Errors or missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

● Delivery issues involving third-party platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) must be resolved directly with the delivery provider.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

● Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only

● Processing times range from 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer or financial institution

Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

● Transactions completed using chip & PIN are considered authorized transactions.

● By completing a purchase, guests acknowledge acceptance of this policy.

● Unwarranted chargeback claims may be disputed with the payment processor and issuing bank using transaction records and proof of service.

Policy Acceptance

This policy applies to all purchases and bookings, whether made:

● Online through our website

● In person at the restaurant

● Through reservations, ticketing, or booking platforms

This policy does not limit any rights provided to consumers under Ontario law.
